Training duration depends on the platform, the current skill level of participants and the scope of topics to cover. A foundation programme for a new team typically runs over two to three full-day sessions. Role-specific focused training can often be completed in a single day. We assess your team's starting point and design a programme that delivers the right outcomes in the right timeframe.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Training on real company data accelerates learning significantly because participants are working with scenarios they actually encounter. We can use a sandbox or demo copy of your account for training to avoid any risk to live data. For platforms where sandbox environments are available (Zoho Books, Xero), we always use them during training.
Both options are available. On-site training at your Dubai, Abu Dhabi or UAE office is available for group sessions — particularly effective for teams of three or more. Remote training via video conference is available for individual sessions, smaller groups and businesses outside Dubai. We have delivered training across the UAE and to international teams via remote sessions.
