Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at gulfoasis.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by Gulf Oasis LLC (“Gulf Oasis”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a limited liability company incorporated and registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

By accessing or using our Website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Gulf Oasis for any service, you (“the Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Website and services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement entered into between Gulf Oasis and the Client, the written service agreement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

2. Services Provided

Gulf Oasis provides services across four principal divisions. Each division operates under applicable UAE regulatory frameworks:

2.1 Insurance Advisory

Gulf Oasis operates as a licensed insurance broker and advisor under the regulatory oversight of the UAE Insurance Authority. Our insurance services include motor insurance, health insurance, travel insurance, life and savings products, marine insurance and commercial property insurance. We advise clients on suitable products from our panel of UAE-licensed insurers but do not underwrite insurance ourselves. All insurance contracts are between the client and the relevant insurer; Gulf Oasis acts as intermediary.

2.2 Banking Solutions

Our banking division assists individuals and businesses in accessing banking products and services including business current accounts, SME lending, trade finance facilities, working capital solutions and mortgage loans. Gulf Oasis acts as a facilitator and introducer to UAE-licensed banks and financial institutions, which are regulated by the Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE). Banking decisions — including approval or rejection — remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant bank.

2.3 Financial Consulting

Our consulting division provides external CFO services, bookkeeping and accounts management, payroll processing, VAT and corporate tax advisory, and financial strategy services. Consulting advice is provided on the basis of information supplied by the client. Gulf Oasis accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the client’s failure to provide accurate, complete or timely information. Tax positions taken on the basis of our advice remain the legal responsibility of the client.

2.4 Business Management

Our business division provides UAE company formation services (mainland, free zone and offshore), PRO and government liaison services, visa and immigration processing, and registered agent services. All government applications and licences are subject to the approval of the relevant UAE authority. Timelines and outcomes are not guaranteed and are subject to regulatory and administrative processes beyond our control.

3. Website Use

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable UAE federal or emirate-level law or regulation.
  • Transmits unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems.
  • Introduces malicious code, viruses or any other harmful material.
  • Reproduces, distributes or republishes any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.

Gulf Oasis reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Gulf Oasis for any service agree to:

  • Provide accurate information — You warrant that all information, documents and declarations you provide to us are true, accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information may constitute fraud or misrepresentation under UAE law and may invalidate any insurance policy, banking application or corporate filing made on your behalf.
  • KYC and AML compliance — You agree to provide all documents required for our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. We are legally obligated to conduct these checks and cannot proceed with services where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained.
  • Timely communication — You agree to respond promptly to requests for information, approvals or signatures. Delays caused by the client’s failure to respond may affect service delivery timelines and Gulf Oasis shall not be liable for any resulting consequences.
  • Fee payment — You agree to pay Gulf Oasis fees in accordance with the fee schedule agreed in your service engagement letter or as otherwise communicated in writing. Fees for government-related disbursements (DET licence fees, free zone registration fees, visa fees, etc.) must be paid in advance.
  • Independent verification — While we provide professional guidance, you are responsible for independently verifying any advice that has significant financial, legal or regulatory implications for you or your business before acting upon it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Gulf Oasis LLC, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
  • Any decision made in reliance on information published on our Website without obtaining specific professional advice.
  • Any failure or delay in the performance of our services resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including regulatory authority decisions, government processing delays, bank internal credit decisions, insurer underwriting decisions, force majeure events or acts of God.
  • Any loss arising from a third party’s (insurer’s, bank’s or government authority’s) refusal, delay or modification of an application submitted on your behalf.
  • Any inaccuracy in information you provided to us that results in an incorrect, invalid or voided service outcome.

Where Gulf Oasis’s liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client to Gulf Oasis in respect of the specific service that gave rise to the claim, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Gulf Oasis LLC is licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai. Our insurance intermediary activities are regulated by the UAE Insurance Authority under Federal Law No. 6 of 2007 (as amended). Our financial services comply with applicable CBUAE guidelines, UAE Federal AML Law (Federal Decree Law No. 20 of 2018) and UAE Corporate Tax Law (Federal Decree Law No. 47 of 2022).

We are registered with the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) for the purposes of suspicious transaction reporting. As a regulated entity, we have legal obligations to report certain activities to the relevant authorities regardless of client instruction or preference. Compliance with these obligations shall not constitute a breach of any duty of confidentiality owed to the client.

Clients must not request that Gulf Oasis assist with any activity that constitutes a breach of UAE law, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of sanctions. Gulf Oasis reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without liability if we reasonably suspect involvement in such activities.

9. Confidentiality

Gulf Oasis treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except: (a) with your prior written consent; (b) to group companies, service partners or professional advisors on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law, regulation or court order. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, portals and resources. These links are provided for convenience and information only. Gulf Oasis has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, terms or privacy practices of any linked third-party website. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation by Gulf Oasis of the linked website or its operators.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of the relevant service agreement. Gulf Oasis reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice where: (a) the client provides false or fraudulent information; (b) the client fails to pay outstanding fees after reasonable notice; (c) the client requests assistance with any unlawful activity; or (d) continuation of the engagement would place Gulf Oasis in breach of any regulatory obligation.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the date of termination. Government disbursements paid on the client’s behalf are non-refundable except where expressly refunded by the relevant authority.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Gulf Oasis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For existing service engagements, material changes to Terms will be notified to clients in writing at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Website or services following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend you review these Terms periodically.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service engagement letter or agreement signed between Gulf Oasis and the client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, whether written or oral.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable UAE law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the laws of the Emirate of Dubai where applicable.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal legal proceedings.
