Payroll processed, every month without fail.
Employee Data Setup
We collect and configure employee master data — salary structures, allowances, bank accounts and leave entitlements — and set up your payroll system for day-one processing.
Monthly Inputs
You share attendance, leave and any variable pay adjustments via a simple monthly template. We process all inputs and run the payroll calculation within two working days.
Review & Approval
A payroll summary is sent to you for review and approval before any funds move. Payslips are generated, the SIF file is prepared and the payment instruction is ready for your bank.
WPS Filing & Reporting
Upon your payment confirmation, we file the WPS SIF and send payslips to all employees. Monthly payroll summaries and leave reports are filed in your records.
Questions about payroll in the UAE.
The Wage Protection System (WPS) is a UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) initiative that requires all private sector employers to pay salaries electronically through approved financial institutions and submit a Salary Information File (SIF). Non-compliance results in fines, work permit bans and business suspension. Gulf Oasis manages WPS filing on your behalf every month.
Under UAE Labour Law, employees who complete one year of service are entitled to gratuity on departure. The calculation is based on 21 days' basic salary per year for the first five years and 30 days per year thereafter. The method differs for resignation versus termination and is capped at two years' total salary. Gulf Oasis calculates EOS precisely for every departure scenario.
Yes. We manage payroll for mainland and free zone entities across all major UAE free zones — DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai South, Sharjah and others. Each free zone has slightly different regulations and our team stays current with any changes that affect payroll and labour compliance.
We handle pro-rated salary calculations for all joiners and leavers — calculating the exact number of working days, accrued leave encashment where applicable and final settlement amounts. Every mid-month change is handled accurately and documented in the payroll records.
Payroll that never misses a beat.
Keep your team paid, your WPS filings current and your labour compliance intact — every month.
